Former Crosby Heafy and Reed Smith appellate lawyer Kathleen M. Banke, who had been serving on the Alameda County bench, was confirmed yesterday as an Associate Justice of the First District, Division One.
Also confirmed to First District slots were Judges Robert L. Dondero and Terence L. Bruiniers.
