Judicial Council Awards

The Judicial Council announced the winners of its 2009 Distinguished Service Awards, including Cal. Supreme Court Justice Ming Chin as Jurist of the Year. Locally, Riverside Chief Public Defender Gary Windom will be one of two repicients of the Bernard E. Witkin Amicus Curiae Award.
