Pandemic over?

Here's another sign that the COVID Pandemic is 'over'--at least in some respects, and the new-normal is just normal: When the pandemic began, the Supreme Court and appellate districts posted a "Special Announcement" on their web pages to explain how each court was addressing the situation. Today, however, only the 2d and 6th Districts retain this announcement.
