JNE considering Judge Wood for 1st DCA

 
The Governor has submitted Napa County Superior Court Judge Victoria Diane Wood to the JNE Commission for evaluation for the First District Court of Appeal, where she once worked as a research attorney. She is the PJ of NCSC's Appellate Division.

Note also that Judge Do's virtual public confirmation hearing to 4/1 is set for January 14 at 10 a.m.
