Scheduled to speak at
the summit is Justice Elena Kagan. In addition, Jeffrey Rosen will be speaking
about the U.S. Constitution, Dean Chemerinsky will again be recapping the past
year at the U.S. Supreme Court, another panel will discuss the future of the
U.S. Supreme Court, and legal writing guru Ross Guberman will teach attendees
how to make their legal writing more effective and more powerful. U.S. Supreme
Court practitioner Paul D. Clement will be speaking, as will Sixth Circuit
Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton.
