The following are currently sitting on assignment in the 6th District:

• Judge Lisa R. Rodriguez of the San Diego County Superior Court will be sitting Pro Tem until June 30, 2025
• Associate Justice Steven Z. Perren, retired, will be sitting Pro Tem beginning February 18, 2025
