On the Ninth Circuit front:

• Comments are invited on proposed revisions to the Local Rules for Judicial Conduct and Disability Proceedings. Comments will be accepted between February 26 and March 31, 2025. The amended JC&D Local Rules will take effect April 14, 2025, subject to revision in light of any comments received on or before March 31, 2025. Click here to see what is being proposed.

And on the other side of the country... DC Circ. To Hear Judge Newman's Appeal In April -- The D.C. Circuit has set a date in April to hear an appeal from Federal Circuit Judge Pauline Newman, who is fighting her suspension from the bench for refusing to undergo medical tests.
