Today's DJ has Biden to nominate new Fresno federal judge to 9th Circuit
If the Senate approves her nomination, De Alba would be the seventh Biden nominee to sit on the 9th Circuit. She would likely fill the seat to be vacated by Circuit Judge Paul J. Watford, set to resign from the court on May 31. Watson, appointed to the 9th Circuit by former President Barack Obama in 2011, said he is resigning from the court, but has not announced future plans.And the DJ has Myron Moskovitz's Judging Bad Guys, Part V: The Supreme Court nails the bad guy finishing the story of the Christian Burial case.
