Most of California's appellate courts have posted archived videos of oral arguments on their websites. For example, the Supreme Court archives start with arguments in May 2016. The 1st District video archives start as of Nov. 2021 (and video is posted as quickly as a few hours after argument). The 2d and 3d Districts do not have posted archives. For the 4th District, 4/1 & & 4/2 start as of Aug. 2021, and 4/3 as of Sept. 2021. The 5th District--the first Court of Appeal to use video arguments--has archives going back to June 2016. And the 6th District has archives starting Feb. 2021.
