Join us for the online 2022 Litigation and Appellate Summit! We kickoff our Summit with programs of interest to all trial and appellate practitioners, including a live Strict Scrutiny Podcast and a keynote address by U.C. Berkeley School of Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky; our “Updates” panel of important rule, legislative, and case law changes for litigators, appellate lawyers, and ADR practitioners; panels on stays pending appeals and avoiding post trial pitfalls; a panel consisting of the Chief Judges of all four of the United States District Courts discussing civility, district needs and community engagement; a Master Advocates panel with Arturo Gonzalez and Dennis Schoville; and an access to justice panel on how diversity on the bench contributes to justice with Justice Teri L.
