9th Cir. masking & vaxing requirements

The 9th Circuit has just posted this new covid-related order:

--everyone in the courthouses must wear a mask in all public areas;
--lawyers appearing in court must be fully vaccinated (non-vaccinated lawyers must present by video);
--lawyers must submit proof of vaccination no later than 10 days before argument.
