Covid-19 Public Emergency Order Concerning Face Masks/Coverings in Public Areas
of Courthouses: This order pertains to the Everett McKinley Dirksen United
States Courthouse in Chicago, and the Stanley J. Roszkowski United States
Courthouse in Rockford, IL. Effective immediately, all persons seeking entry to
the courthouses must wear a face covering or mask that completely covers the
wearer's nose and mouth. Any person violating this order may be held in
contempt and/or expelled from the Courthouses. Please see the order for
