And see today's DJ article: 9th Circuit issues workplace relations report -- A committee established by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals charged with investigating workplace conditions released a report Tuesday outlining changes it has implemented following a 2017 sexual harassment scandal that mired the court in controversy.
