Last month the Second District revised its Extension of Time form(Form 2DCA-04) which now includes a cite to CRC 8.60.
Also of note: Effective May 26, 2017, the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, has approvedamendments to Local Rule 1
(regarding its mediation program).
Speaking of mediation: The Sixth District Court of Appeal is pleased to announce that after several years of inactivity, the Court’s Mediation Program is once again operational.
