The Law of Judicial Precedent -- that's the new 942-page book to be released tomorrow by Bryan Garner. The book is described in this NLJ article, Why it Took 12 Judges to Replace Scalia for Bryan Garner's Latest Book Project. Some of the federal appellate judge co-authors are Kozinski, Bea, Gorsuch, Reavley, Kavanaugh, Lynch, Pryor, Sutton, and Wood. And yes, the book covers unpublished opinions and other "controversial topics."
And this here -- about nonagenarian lawyers -- is just plain awesome!
