Public Comment Invited on Proposed Changes to Circuit Rules 5-2, 21-2, 21-4, 27-1, 28.1-1, 29-2, 32-1, 32-3, 32-4, 40-1, and 47-1

The Court anticipates amending portions of the circuit rules and adopting new Rule 28.1-1. Public comment on the proposed revisions are invited. The changes are found here. Comments must be submitted no later than August 2, 2016.
NOTE: These amendments to the circuit rules "maintain the current length limits for briefs" in response to proposed modifications to FRAP!
