DJ profiles 2/7 pro tem Blumenfeld

Yesterday's DJ profiled LASC Judge Stan Blumenfeld in LA Judge Stan Blumenfeld, a former civil attorney, sees his criminal court as a place of business. After UCLAw (Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Law Review) Judge Blumenfeld clerked for Ninth Circuit Judge Cynthia Holcomb Hall, was an AUSA (civil division), and worked at O'Melveny, until appointed to LASC by Governor Schwarzenegger. He has been sitting with Division 7 since December and is scheduled to stay there until the end of this month.
