court: Betty A. Richli, one of Riverside's seven
justices, has been on the court for 20 years. "Justice Manuel A. Ramirez made the announcement Tuesday before the day's
cases were heard. All seven justices of Division 2 were in attendance." "A farewell ceremony to honor Richli will be held
April 16 at 4 p.m. at the courthouse. Her last official day on the bench is
