Nothing from law school relates to practice, right? Well, here's a published opinion today that cites International Shoe Co. v. Washington (1945) 326 U.S. 310-- a name that resonates with anyone who took first year civil procedure! Heck, where's Pennoyer v. Neff, when you need it?
