The following are currently sitting on assignment:

• Judge Edward A. Ferns of the Los Angeles Superior Court, will be sitting Pro-Tem in Division Five until January 31, 2013.
• Judge Brian M. Hoffstadt of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, will be sitting Pro-Tem in Division Six until February 28, 2013.
• Judge John Segal of the Los Angeles Superior Court, will be sitting Pro-Tem in Division Seven until February 28, 2013.

Once upon a time Judge Hoffstadt did appeals at Jones Day, and Judge Segal did appeals at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp.
