9th Cir. January Judges in SoCal

The 9th Circuit held oral arguments this past week in Pasadena.
Non-SoCal 9th Circuit judges visiting the Southland were Fletcher, Rawlinson, O'Scannlain, and Hawkins, joining SoCal regulars Reinhardt, Wardlaw, Chief Kozinski, M.Smith, McKeown, Goodwin, and Paez.

Three federal district court judges sat by designation:
The Hon. Robert Holmes (W.D. Mich.), Alvin Hellerstein (S.D.N.Y.), and Edward Korman (E.D.N.Y.).
