Dining by the 4/3

I don't write restaurant reviews, and am not about to start trying.  I can't describe food, anymore than I can tell the doctor where it hurts.  My five-point food rating scale starts at "pretty good," moves down to "not bad" and "ok," and ends with "not my thing" and "not good."  But I will mention that a new restaurant near the 4/3 in Downtown Santa Ana is holding a grand opening tonight, between 5 and 7 pm:  Chapter 1, the Modern Local

I've already eaten there twice, which makes me wonder about the grand opening.  In any event, the food was . . . pretty good.
