Speaking of the OCBA Appellate Law Section . . .

Allow me to introduce the new leadership.  Let's start at the top.

Lisa Wiley, an appellate lawyer at the Law Offices of Marjorie G. Fuller, is moving up from the program chair slot to succeed Ed Siebel as Section Chair.  From her website bio:

"Lisa R. Wiley joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2008.  Ms. Wiley earned her J.D. degree from Whittier Law School in 2006, where she was a senior member of the Whittier Law School Journal of Child and Family Advocacy and an active member of the Public Interest Law Foundation.  She is a certified mediator and has mediated several small claims cases at the Orange County Superior Court.  Ms. Wiley is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and volunteers with Public Law Center and Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County.  She has served as an attorney judge at the annual Constitutional Rights Foundation Mock Trial Competition and collegiate moot court competitions."
