. . . and the new Program Chair

The new program chair is Todd Lundell, an appellate lawyer at Snell & Wilmer.  From his website bio:

"Todd Lundell's practice is concentrated in appellate litigation. He has worked on various civil appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Eighth, and Ninth Circuits, and in state appellate courts in California, New York, Oregon, and West Virginia. Todd has also prepared several certiorari petitions and merits briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court. He has considerable experience drafting merits briefs, amicus briefs, motions to stay and/or vacate judgment, petitions for review, and petitions for writ of mandamus."

Todd earned his law degree at Columbia, where he graduated with honors and served as Senior Editor of the Columbia Law Review.  He earned his B.A. in philosophy (good man!) at BYU.
