OC Welcomes Back MC!

Appellate specialist and OC native M.C. Sungaila is returning to our fair county, joining Rick Derevan in the appellate department at Snell & Wilmer.  The Daily Journal quotes Rick as saying about M.C., "'She's a terrific person and a terrific lawyer . . . .  We think we're fortunate to get her.'"  Few would disagree.

You can welcome M.C. in person tomorrow at the OCBA Appellate Law section meeting.  M.C. will discuss international appeals -- a topic she learned much about in her successful fight to vindicate women's rights in the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and elsewhere. 

We'll meet at McCormick & Schmicks' on Main Street in Santa Ana at noon.  Come by and say hi!
