You may have read in the Daily Journal last week that Judge Alex Kozinski emceed a 9th Circuit trivia contest at a recent Federal Bar Assn meeting. The DJ failed to report that the WINNERS of the game included appellate lawyer Ben Shatz, whose frequent reports enliven this blog.
Another winner was Irell's Emma Mittelstaedt, who has acquired an impressive knowledge of the 9th Circuit since graduating law school way back in 2009.
