Kathleen Sullivan: Appellate Expert, Name Partner

Kathleen Sullivan can add name partner to her long list of accomplishments:  Harvard Law grad and professor, Stanford Law dean, co-author of a preeminent text on constitutional law, go-to appellate lawyer. 

Is the US Supreme Court next?  If Elena Kagan gets the nod, will Sullivan replace her as Solicitor General?
