(January 25 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EST) -- The Federal Bar Association is honored to welcome three of Justice Sandra Day O’Connor’s incredibly successful former law clerks – Professor Lisa Griffin (Duke), Professor Oona Hathaway (Yale), and Silvija Strikis (Partner, Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick, PLLC) – to discuss her 25 years as an Associate Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court. Justice O’Connor was the first woman appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court. She was known on the court as a majority builder whenever possible and cared about the civility and cohesion of the Court. Justice O’Connor continued her work promoting the rule of law and judicial independence after her retirement from the Supreme Court. Please join us in honoring a true pioneer.
