On August 15, 2022, the Judicial Conference Advisory Committees on Appellate, Bankruptcy, Civil, and Evidence Rules published proposed amendments to their respective rules and forms. The proposed amendments are open for public comment through February 16, 2023.
Comments are sought on amendments to FRAP "32, 35, and 40; and Appendix on Length Limits." The gist is to clarify and combine petitions for rehearing and rehearing en banc.
