What's in a (firm) name?
Sometimes part of the fun of reviewing opinions is seeing who's handling them. (Younger lawyers often need to be reminded that part of reading a case carefully includes reading the counsel listing--you need to know if your opposing counsel (or, if you're an associate, your boss) happens to have familiarity with a case.) Most firms are of the Smith & Jones, LLP variety, of course, but today's crop of cases reveals some interesting names, including Revolve Law Group (which, in this case, failed to "revolve" the decision for appellants), the Diversity Law Group (which also did not obtain a reversal), and (wait for it...) The Appellate Law Firm (which did succeed in winning a reversal).
