And the D.C. Circuit has this similar announcement: In light of the current circumstances relating to the COVID-19 pandemic and the latest public health guidance, in-person oral arguments are suspended for January 2022. All oral arguments in January 2022 will proceed remotely by video conference using Zoom for Government.
