The 2d DCA will have hold a
public meeting on Jan 29 at 3:00 to consider the following: "Resolution to approve the appointment of
Thomas Kallay [the District's Managing Attorney] as a retired
annuitant, to fill a critically needed Appellate Court Attorney position,
within the 180-day period after retirement, as authorized by Government
Code sections 7522.56(f)(1) and 21224(a)."
