Dreamers.  LGBTQIA+ employees.  Abortion.
In one emotionally and politically charged case
after another, the Supreme Court has decided
in favor of individual rights and against discrimination.
But religious groups and other conservative interests
have notched wins as well.  A divided America is
forcing questions about the meaning of the
Constitution, and the Court is answering.

Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean of UC Berkeley
School of Law and renowned constitutional
law scholar, will guide us through the Court’s
recent decisions, and share his always-fascinating
insights into the Justices opinions.

This event qualifies for 1 hour of CA MCLE general credit.
