Juvy deadlines not extended

The 5th District issued an order yesterday explaining that its emergency extension order does not apply to all cases:

• The court hereby exercises its discretion to order that the automatic extension provided by the Renewed Order does not apply to any briefs or petitions in juvenile dependency appeals and writs.
