California Supreme Court Hires Retired Appellate Justice to Lead Bar Exam Investigation
The Supreme Court of California has hired retired Presiding Justice Arthur G. Scotland and his law firm of Nielsen Merksamer to spearhead an independent investigation into the partial disclosure related to the July Bar exam.The Recorder has CA Supreme Court Hires Former Appellate Justice to Review Bar Exam Blunder. The Bar will pay $60K for a report due November at the latest.
