The Roger Traynor Moot Court is a statewide appellate moot
competition. This year it will be held at John F. Kennedy University
College of Law in Pleasant Hill, on April 6-7. The competition will host
teams from 10 law schools. This year’s case involves the question of
whether police may obtain a warrantless blood sample from an unconscious
suspect. For more information, see https://www.traynormoot.org/
The competition is seeking judges for the preliminary rounds
on April 6. There is a morning session, followed by lunch, and an
afternoon session. The event commences at 10:00 a.m. and concludes by about 3:00 p.m. (including a
lunch). Each judge will be taking part in both sessions.
