United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit will hold a special sitting on February 27, 2019, at the Southwestern Law School, 3050 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles. Oral arguments will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the Julian Dixon Courtroom, located in the law school’s historic Bullocks Wilshire Building. A photo ID is required for admittance. The panel will hear an appeal of decisions by the Southern District of California.
