This unpub'd case, with the unlikely caption Chinese Gospel Church v. City and County of San Francisco, from 1/4's Justice Tucher appears to be the first civil California appellate opinion about a "pissoir."

In other case news, this newly published case from 2/4 has gotten a lot of attention, and has an interesting appellate angle: What does the Court of Appeal mean when it says "parties to bear their own costs" at the end of a decision?
