LACBA Opposes 9th Cir. Split

LACBA Opposes Senate Bill 276 which Seeks to Split the Ninth Circuit Court The Los Angeles County Bar has sent a letter to U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein from California in opposition of Senate Bill 276 to split the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
