Speaking of Judge Tallman...

So last week 9th Cir. Judge Tallman announced he'd take senior status in March. Does this mean he'll be slowing down? Not if today's any indication. He published two dissents, here and here. To which we say, "hear, hear!" Dissents are fun and help develop the law. (And both cases are SoCal matters involving the Lakers and LAX.)
