Amusing Law Review article addressing SCOTUS

By now you must've read Chemerinsky's The Case Against the Supreme Court. But have you also read the responsive law review article by NYU's Barry Friedman? It's a hoot! In Letter to the Supreme Court (Erwin Chemerinsky is Mad. Why You Should Care.), 69 Vand. L. Rev. 995 (2016), Prof. Friedman counters and joins some of the points in the book, and makes his own suggestions for SCOTUS reforms. But apart from the excellent (appellatey) substance, the style of the article can't be missed. If only all law review pieces were this crisp, direct, and conversational. What a wonderful world that would be.
