California has 21 ABA-accredited law schools, and only five of them had at least 75% of their graduates pass the July bar exam.
On the lighter side of goofs, a reader brought to SCAN's attention a brief filed in the 9th Circuit today that contains a certificate stating:
"I certify that this brief complies with the type-volume limitation of Fed. R. App. P. 32(a)(7)(B)(i) because it contains words."
(Oops, forgot to insert that all-important number...!)
