On November 13, Join the LA County Bar Appellate Courts Section for lunch with Ninth Circuit Judges Jacqueline H. Nguyen and Paul J. Watford who will share insights into Ninth Circuit practice and procedure from their perspectives as the two most recently appointed Ninth Circuit judges based in Pasadena.
