Zelon will receive the 2010 Benjamin Aranda III Access to Justice Award, which is cosponsored by the Judicial Council of California, the State Bar of California, the California Commission on Access to Justice, and the California Judges Association."[T]he Aranda Award honors a trial judge or an appellate justice whose activities demonstrate a long-term commitment to improving access to justice," notes the JCC press release.
