First District local rule changes: The Court has approved changes to three of the First District’s Local Rules. Local Rules 13 and 15 are amended, and Local Rule 5 is repealed. The amended and repealed rules can be found here. These changes have been published in Advance Pamphlet 14, and take effect on July 24, 2026.
