Ninth Circuit to Visit McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento for Special Sitting

• The Ninth Circuit will hold a special sitting on February 21 at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in Sacramento.
• After the two arguments the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers will present a Town Hall program on platforms for appellate practice, featuring Laurie Hepler, Paul Watford, Steph Finelli, and California Solicitor General Mike Mongan.
