The 3d District notes the following judges are sitting pro tem:
- Judge Samuel T. McAdam of the Yolo County Superior Court will be sitting in pro tempore beginning January 1, 2023.
- Judge Garen J. Horst of the Placer County Superior Court will be sitting in pro tempore beginning May 1, 2023.
