3d DCA pro tem update

The following are currently sitting on assignment in the 3d District:

• Justice Andrea Lynn Hoch, retired, is sitting on assignment beginning January 1, 2023. 
• Judge Samuel T. McAdam of the Yolo County Superior Court will be sitting in pro tempore beginning January 1, 2023.
