Memoriam Session for J.Blease & more

Special Session of Court -- The Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, will hear a Special In Memoriam Session of Court on January 17, 2023, at 9:30 a.m., for Justice Coleman Blease, who passed away on November 28, 2022. This Special Session will be held in the first floor courtroom of the Stanley Mosk Library and Courts Building, 914 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, California. The Special Session is open to the public; however, space is limited to no more than 70 attendees including staff and public. The Second District filed Court Filed Miscellaneous Order 2023-01 -- The court’s miscellaneous order of December 13, 2022 is modified as follows: The requirement under California Code of Civil Procedure section 271(a), for the delivery of an electronic reporter’s transcript for appeals pending in the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, is extended through April 1, 2023. Click here to read the full order
