3d DCA in-person argument notice

Notice regarding oral argument -- Beginning with oral argument in June 2022, the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, will conduct oral argument in-person at the Stanley Mosk Library and Courts Building, 914 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, California 95814. Those participating in oral argument who do not wish to appear in-person may file an application to appear telephonically. Telephonic oral argument will be granted only upon a showing of exceptional good cause.
